My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed bag. The rooms were not up to standard, with a bad smell, small size, and outdated TV. The location was questionable due to noise and unsavory characters in the area. On the upside, the staff was accommodating and polite.

However, the service was top-notch, thanks to Marisol, Joanna, Xitlally, and Veronica, who made me feel welcomed and valued. The location was convenient for me, despite some awkwardness, but the dining options were lacking. Overall, a stay with ups and downs!
