My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were not great, with a bad smell, small size, and old TV. The bed covers were unappealing, and the location was not ideal, with noise, questionable individuals around, and a general lack of safety. However, the service was top-notch, thanks to Marisol, Joanna, Xitlally, and Veronica, who made me feel welcomed and valued. The location was convenient for me, despite some awkwardness, but the dining options were lacking. Overall, a stay with ups and downs!
